COMMITMENT TO SELF-TRANSFORMATION
Participation in this retreat signifies your commitment to your own self-transformation journey. This is not merely a yoga holiday; it is an opportunity for profound personal growth and change.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
All participants must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements before attending the retreat.
Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being during the retreat.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We expect all participants to respect fellow attendees, staff, and the property. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.
REFUND POLICY
Retreat fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, inform us at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date, we can transfer your payment to a future retreat without any additional rescheduling costs. This transfer will be based on group compatibility and availability.
If a retreat is postponed due to events like COVID or natural disasters, your payment will be credited toward the rescheduled retreat. For inquiries, please contact us at anubhutiretreats@gmail.com.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you need to reschedule your retreat, please notify us at least 15 days before the retreat start date by emailing anubhutiretreats@gmail.com. If you fail to inform us within this period, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the retreat cost will apply. Early communication helps us manage your request smoothly and avoid additional costs.
Anubhuti Retreats reserves the right to change or cancel retreat dates and locations in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you secure your spot but do not attend and fail to notify us, your booking will be marked as a “no-show.” In such cases, your payment is forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. To avoid this, please inform us in advance if you cannot attend, so we can consider placing you in a future retreat, subject to group compatibility and availability.

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information to process bookings and enhance our services. This data is used solely for these purposes and to communicate important updates about your retreat. We do not share your information with third parties except for payment processing and legal obligations.
