CATHARSIS

A series of movement meditations to help address, feel and release all our emotions which are stored at different levels of body, mind and heart. Catharsis helps us to shed off the baggages/past traumas we have been holding for our entire life and makes us feel free.

YOGIC CLEANSING

Kriyas to help clearing out physical toxins and impurities. These techniques create a sense of lightness and clarity, enhance the flow of energy (prana) throughout the body which can positively impact emotional well-being.

WHITE LIGHT CIRCLE

Healing white light circle to come together as a collective energy, to feel the power of our body to heal itself, to experience the magic of love and having the empathy to share it with others.

COLD PLUNGE

Reduce stress, elevate mood through endorphin release, and enhance mindfulness, allowing you to achieve deeper emotional balance and resilience.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Learn effective emotion regulation skills, build self-awareness and understand your emotions more clearly, leading to healthier coping strategies and empower yourself to navigate challenging emotions more effectively promoting resilience and overall well-being

Yogic meditations for CHAKRA SUDDHI techniques from VIGYAN BHAIRAV TANTRA, TRATAKA, PANCH TATTVA DHYANA to help calm down all your nerves and senses and be in the present moment. 

Shatkriyas

Yogic cleansing techniques to remove the excess toxins from the body and start life with renewed energy, improved health and a fresh outlook.

Breathwork & Chanting

COMMITMENT TO SELF TRANSFORMATION
Participation in this retreat signifies your commitment to your own self-transformation journey. This is not merely a yoga holiday; it is an opportunity for profound personal growth and change.

REFUND POLICY
The retreat fee is non-refundable. However, if you inform us at least 30 days prior to the retreat, we can accommodate you in our next retreat without any rescheduling cost.

NO-SHOW POLICY
If you fail to attend the retreat without prior notice, the entire fee will be forfeited, and no rescheduling options will be available.

By Air:
The nearest airport is Dehradun Jolly Grant Airport. The venue is 40-50 min drive from here. You can conveniently avail yourself of a cab from the airport to reach the venue.

By Train:
The nearest train station is the Yog Nagari Rishikesh Railway Station (9kms) from where it takes roughly 20-25 min to reach the venue.

By Road:
Anubhuti is a 4-hour drive from Delhi in case you wish to travel by road.

To ensure a seamless start to our retreat, we recommend you check-in at the venue at the latest by 12pm on Tuesday, 25 February.
Ease in, have lunch with your co-attendees, engage with the facilitators and enjoy the nature.
Our program officially begins at 4pm on the same day.
On 01st March, our sessions will conclude by evening allowing you to plan your departure for 02nd March.

10, we believe in fostering intimate and personalized experiences for our guests. That’s why we limit the number of participants to 8-10 people per retreat. This ensures that you receive the full attention and support from our dedicated team throughout your journey with us. By keeping our groups small, we create a nurturing environment where every individual can fully immerse themselves in the transformative practices and connect deeply with themselves and others.

Anubhuti features modern, spacious rooms, each equipped with an attached bath. You will be provided a 5 Night stay on double sharing or triple sharing (based on availability).
