REFUND POLICY
The retreat fee is non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
In rare and genuine cases, we may consider transferring your spot to a future retreat, selected based on group compatibility and availability. Please note that supporting details or documentation may be requested to process such a request. 🌿

If a retreat is postponed due to COVID or any natural disaster, the payments will be adjusted towards the rescheduled retreat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By completing your registration, you confirm that you have carefully read and understood all retreat details, including schedule, inclusions, and other relevant information.
Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted, and your enrollment cannot be withdrawn. We encourage you to review all retreat information thoroughly before making a commitment.
We reserve the right to cancel any retreat. In such events, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs (such as travel or accommodation) you may have incurred.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If a participant fails to attend a retreat, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, all fees will be forfeited, and no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued.
