Experience the liberating journey of unlocking pent-up emotions through guided ASANA PRACTICE carefully curated to nurture emotional Healing and growth.
CATHARSIS
A series of movement meditations to help address, feel and release all our emotions which are stored at different levels of body, mind and heart. Catharsis helps us to shed off the baggages/past traumas we have been holding for our entire life and makes us feel free.
YOGIC CLEANSING
Kriyas to help clearing out physical toxins and impurities. These techniques create a sense of lightness and clarity, enhance the flow of energy (prana) throughout the body which can positively impact emotional well-being.
WHITE LIGHT CIRCLE
Healing white light circle to come together as a collective energy, to feel the power of our body to heal itself, to experience the magic of love and having the empathy to share it with others.
COLD PLUNGE

The property was built in 1948 and consists of traditional Himachali mud houses lovingly restored and decorated by Dennis Harrap who converted this property into a homestay, a retreat venue and a place for constant relaxation and rejuvenation.

Terms & Conditions
COMMITMENT TO SELF TRANSFORMATION
Participation in this retreat signifies your commitment to your own self-transformation journey. This is not merely a yoga holiday; it is an opportunity for profound personal growth and change.
REFUND POLICY
The retreat fee is non-refundable. However, if you inform us at least 30 days prior to the retreat, we can accommodate you in our next retreat without any rescheduling cost.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you inform us at least 15 days prior to the retreat about your inability to attend, we can accommodate you in our next retreat with a rescheduling cost of 50% of the original fee.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you fail to attend the retreat without prior notice, the entire fee will be forfeited, and no rescheduling options will be available.
By booking the retreat, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure the best possible experience for all participants and support your journey towards transformation and growth.

By Air:
From overseas: You can arrive in India at New Delhi, Chandigarh or Amritsar International airports. These are the nearest international airports to Andretta.
Onward travel from New Delhi can be via a domestic flight to Dharamshala airport, with final stage in a taxi that will take about 1 and a half hours to arrive at The Mirage.
Onward travel from Chandigarh & Amritsar is usually by taxi.
Domestic: Flight to Dharamshala (Gaggal Airport). There are direct flights from Delhi, Chandigarh and Jaipur. Distance from the airport to The Mirage is a little over 40km and takes about 1 and a half hours.
By Train:
The closest train station is Amb Andaura Station. The new Vande Bharat train runs between Delhi/Chandigarh to Amb Andaura. Onward taxi from Amb to Andretta is 3 hours.
Other train options are from Delhi to Chandigarh, Amritsar or Pathankot stations. Onward travel to The Mirage is usually by taxi.
By Road:
By private vehicle or taxi, you will need 11-12 hours from Delhi, 6 hours from Chandigarh and 5 hours from Amritsar.
Overnight semi-sleeper buses run between New Delhi & Palampur, 15km from Andretta. A local taxi will finish your journey.
To ensure a seamless start to our retreat, we recommend you check-in at the venue at the latest by 12pm on Tuesday, 22 October.
Ease in, have lunch with your co-attendees, engage with the facilitators and enjoy the nature.
Our program officially begins at 4pm on the same day.
On 27th October, our sessions will conclude by 01pm followed by lunch. So you may plan to leave for your destination after 2pm.
16, we believe in fostering intimate and personalized experiences for our guests. That’s why we limit the number of participants to 10-20 people per retreat. This ensures that you receive the full attention and support from our dedicated team throughout your journey with us. By keeping our groups small, we create a nurturing environment where every individual can fully immerse themselves in the transformative practices and connect deeply with themselves and others.
The mirage features the main house, the white house and garden cottages with each boasting a colonial appeal, designed with hip roofs and balustrades. The bedrooms are each furnished with comfy bed and a storage unit. Floor carpets ensure your feet stay warm at all times. The suite washrooms are tiled and fitted with western sanitary ware are plenty of sitting areas. Mirage offers clean and comfortable rooms based on double occupancy.
Yes, you are welcome to book one more night before and at the end of your retreat. But you will be responsible for yourself and your expenses.
A suggested list of items to bring will be provided once registration is completed.
